One day I came home after a long walk in cold, windy weather. I was tired and hungry, but I did not change my clothes at once. In the evening I began to feel unwell: my nose was running, my throat hurt and I started to sneeze. By bedtime I had a high temperature and a bad headache.

My mother gave me some hot tea with honey and told me to stay in bed. I took some medicine and went to sleep early. The next day I felt even worse, so I had to miss school. I spent the whole day resting, drinking warm tea and reading a book.

After two days I felt much better. Soon I recovered completely, but now I know that I must dress warmly and take care of my health.
