Work in pairs or small groups. Discuss which pet is better: a bird that can sing or a bird that can “talk”. What pet bird would you like to have?

I’d like to have a bird that can talk. It would be very interesting to teach it new words and hear it repeat them. A talking bird can also be a funny and unusual pet.

I think a bird that can sing is beautiful, but a talking bird is more entertaining. So, for me, a bird that can talk is better.
