Smoking and taking drugs are very dangerous for your health. People who smoke or take drugs can become addicted and may be unable to stop, even if they want to. They often feel terribly sick, lose their appetite and weight, suffer from depression and hallucinations, and have problems with their heart, teeth and eyesight. They may catch infections more often, become less physically active and live a shorter life. They can also look much older and become less attractive.
Drug addicts may do criminal things to get money for drugs. They can lose their good friends and make their parents unhappy. That is why you should never smoke or take drugs.
