17. Prepare a talk about why people sleep. Sleep is very important for our health. People sleep because their bodies and brains need rest. During sleep we recover energy, improve memory and feel better the next day. Sleep also helps us grow and stay healthy. If we do not sleep enough, we become tired, stressed and unable to concentrate. I think people should sleep at least 8 hours a night.

19. The article says that school should start later in the morning because many teenagers do not get enough sleep. A later start would help students feel more awake, concentrate better and do better at school. I agree with this idea. However, there are some arguments against it: lessons would finish later, and it may be difficult for parents and teachers to change their daily routine.
