Britain is a multicultural country. Only 31 percent of people in the UK say they are just British, while many others identify as English, Scottish, Welsh, Irish or even with another nationality. About 16 percent say they have two nationalities.

The text says this is not a problem. Britain is proud of its differences and enjoys multiculturalism. People in the UK speak many languages, and the country has many religions and cultures.

Russia is also a multinational country. There are about 180 ethnic groups living there. In English, all Russian citizens are called Russians, although in Russian there are two different words: rossiyane for all citizens and russkiye for ethnic Russians.
