Задача
  1. Read the text and complete the missing words. Compare with your partner. Explain the words in bold.

How to Deal with Conflict

Losing friends is just as easy as making them if you don’t know how to deal with anger and conflict. Conflict is part of everyone’s life. It will show up at school, at work and at home. Feeling angry, upset, annoyed, frustrated, disappointed or sad is perfectly normal. These feelings are natural, but how you deal with them matters.

Some people shout, scream, swear, call people names, try to get revenge or even hit the person who has hurt them. You want people to hear your point of view, so make sure you practise what you preach. Listen carefully to the other person and accept the fact that he or she may see the problem differently. Be flexible and open, ready to apologise, forgive and move on.
