Задача

Find the word that does not match in sentences 1–5. Check in the Word List.
1. He’s got small/protruding/pointed/spotty ears.
2. He’s got a straight/curly/crooked/pointed nose.
3. I can’t stand my hair. It’s too frizzy/curly/bushy/straight.
4. She’s slim/thick/overweight/thin.
5. His eyebrows are too thick/thin/bushy/short.
Think of a cartoon/fictional character or draw your own. Describe him/her to the class. Use the words from sentences 1–5.

4. thick — не подходит, потому что человек может быть slim, overweight или thin, но не thick.

5. short — не подходит, потому что брови могут быть thick, thin или bushy, но не short.

Example description: Peter Pan has got pointed ears, thin eyebrows and a straight nose. His hair is short and fair, and he’s slim.
