I have an awful lot of schoolwork. I have never been so busy. For the last two nights, I have been studying until midnight to try and catch up.

5) have never been — Present Perfect, потому что говорится об опыте до настоящего момента.

6) have been studying — Present Perfect Continuous, так как действие началось в прошлом и продолжается до настоящего времени.
