You should try to stay calm and not react immediately when you get angry. Take a deep breath, count to ten and think before you speak. It is also important to listen to the other person and try to understand their point of view. If there is a conflict, talk about the problem politely and look for a compromise. In this way, you can control your anger and solve the problem without arguing.
