Here is a possible dialogue based on the ideas given:

A: I saw a documentary about child labour yesterday. It was really shocking.
B: Really? What did it say?
A: It said that 1 in 6 children is involved in child labour. That means about 246 million children.
B: That’s terrible. What kind of work do they do?
A: Many of them work in factories, on farms or in mines. Some of them don’t go to school at all.
B: That’s so unfair. Did the documentary mention anything else?
A: Yes, it said that around 300,000 children around the world are currently serving as soldiers.
B: Oh no, that’s awful. Children should be at school, not working or fighting.
A: I agree. We should do something to help stop child labour.
B: Yes, people need to know about this problem.
