Dear Matt,

I hope you are well. In your last email you asked me about a traditional dish in my country. One of the most popular dishes is borscht. It is made from beetroot, cabbage, potatoes, carrots and meat. We usually boil the vegetables and then cook everything together. Borscht tastes delicious and a little sour. It is often served with sour cream.
