Mr Harrison would like his new secretary to be punctual, polite and efficient. He would like her to answer the phone, type letters and keep his papers in order. He expects her to work hard and follow his instructions.

He wouldn’t like her to be late, to make mistakes or to waste time. He doesn’t expect her to chat with friends, leave her desk untidy or ignore his requests.
