Davy was a boy of about thirteen or fourteen. He was rather tall and slim, with fair hair and bright eyes. He looked like an ordinary schoolboy, but there was something serious and thoughtful in his face.

In everyday life Davy was probably kind, friendly and a little shy. He seemed to be a sensible boy who could listen to other people and do what was right. He was not boastful or rude.

In a dangerous situation Davy showed courage, self-control and determination. He did not panic and tried to help when it was really necessary. He was brave enough to face fear and do his best to save the situation.

I like Davy very much. He is a strong and reliable boy, and I admire his courage and maturity.
