One possible route is to fly from my city to Cape Town. First, I would take a train or a bus to the nearest international airport, and then I would go by plane to Cape Town. This is the fastest way, so I could get there in five days.

If there is no direct flight, I would fly with one transfer in another big city. After arriving in Cape Town, I would take a taxi or a bus to the conference venue.
