It was late in the evening when the boys finally found the way back home. They were tired, hungry and very cold, but they were happy to be safe. When they came into the house, their parents were waiting for them and were very worried.

The boys told them everything that had happened. Their parents listened carefully and then said that they must never go into the forest alone again. The boys promised to be more careful in the future.

After that, they had hot tea and a warm supper. Soon they felt much better, and this terrible adventure became only an exciting story to remember.
