One of the quotations says that a person should be judged by his actions, not by his words. I think this idea is true.

For example, a boy may say that he is a good friend, but in difficult moments he does not help others. Another boy may not speak much, but he always supports his classmates, shares his things and keeps his promises. In this case, the second boy is really a good friend.

This story shows that words are not enough. People understand who you are by what you do every day. So actions are more important than promises.
