I agree with some reasons why people do extreme sports. First of all, many people do them to keep fit and to develop the body. Extreme sports also help people feel joy and excitement, because they make life more interesting.

In my opinion, some reasons are not very good. For example, people should not do extreme sports just to show off or to impress people around them. It is also not a good idea to make families worry about them.

Personally, I think extreme sports are useful when a person does them carefully and for health, strength and positive emotions.
