Ann Smith: Good afternoon, Mr Hanks. I’d like to discuss a problem with you.
Mr Hanks: Good afternoon, Ann. Of course. What is the problem?
Ann Smith: I think we should help children live in peace and prevent conflicts.
Mr Hanks: I agree. On one hand, children often make a fuss about small things. On the other hand, they can’t do without support from adults.
Ann Smith: Exactly. First, we should decide what the problem is. Then we can choose the best idea and put it into action.
Mr Hanks: That sounds reasonable. What do you suggest?
Ann Smith: I suggest that we discuss different ways to help children resolve conflicts. We should also decide what the children should do in difficult situations.
Mr Hanks: Good idea. Let’s work together and make a plan.
Ann Smith: Yes, and then we can put it into action to help the children.
