a) If you want to go somewhere by air, you should buy a ticket and get to the airport at least two hours before takeoff. As soon as you are at the airport, go to the check-in desk and show your ticket and passport. Then weigh your luggage. If it is overweight, pay for the extra kilos. After that, fill in a customs declaration form if necessary. If you make a mistake, ask for a new form. Then go through passport control and wait in the departure lounge. If you need to make a phone call, find a telephone there. Listen carefully to announcements and check whether your flight is called. When it is time to board, go to the right gate. After that, get on the plane and fasten your seat belt.
