5. The Russian Federation is made up of many nations: Russians, Tatars, Bashkirs, Chuvash, Chechens, Mordvins, Yakuts and others. We call the Russian Federation a multinational country because people of different nationalities live there. The USA and the UK can also be called multinational countries because many different nations live there too.
