I’d like to write a short review of the Russian film Brat (“Brother”). It is a crime drama directed by Aleksei Balabanov. The main character, Danila, comes to St. Petersburg and gets involved in dangerous events. He is simple, honest and brave, and this makes him very attractive to the audience.

I like this film because it is realistic and powerful. The acting is excellent, and the music creates a special atmosphere. The film also shows important problems of the 1990s in Russia.

In my opinion, Brat is one of the best Russian films. It is interesting, emotional and unforgettable.
