Example:

Masha will become either a computer programmer or an accountant.
She will be neither a surgeon nor a teacher.

About your partner:

He/She will become either a doctor or an engineer.
He/She will be neither a pilot nor a singer.

About yourself:

I will become either a journalist or a lawyer.
I will be neither a doctor nor a teacher.

Explanation: We use either … or to show two possible choices, and neither … nor to say that both options are impossible.
