1. Louise was influenced most of all by the media and the idea of being very thin. I think so because she wanted to look like the girls she saw in magazines and on TV.
2. I think Louise followed such an extreme diet for quite a long time because she was obsessed with losing weight and probably did not realise how dangerous it was.
3. In my opinion, Chris’s lifestyle is the healthiest, because he eats more sensibly and takes care of his body. Lorna’s lifestyle is also better than Louise’s, but Louise’s is the least healthy.
4. Louise has tried to lose weight and later understood that her diet was harmful. Lorna has changed her habits and started to live more normally. Chris has kept a balanced lifestyle and healthy eating habits.
5. Chris’s lifestyle is more acceptable to me because it is balanced and healthy, and it does not harm his body.
