Good morning, everyone.

Today I’d like to speak about careers and the problems teenagers face when choosing a future job.

In the place where I live, there are many jobs available. People can work in shops, schools, hospitals, offices and factories. Some young people also want to become programmers, designers or engineers.

I think it is very important to love things connected with your future job. If you enjoy your work, you will do it better and feel happier. A job should not only bring money, but also give you satisfaction.

I am not sure I am going to follow in my parents’ footsteps. I respect their profession, but I want to choose my own way. I think every person should decide for himself or herself what is best.

What influences my choice most of all is my interests and abilities. Of course, my parents’ opinion is important, but I want to choose a job that suits my personality. I feel responsible for this choice, because it will affect my future life.
