Around the World in 80 Days I (1) ’ve just read this book by Jules Verne. It’s about an English man called Phileas Fogg and his French servant Passepartout, who try to travel around the world in 80 days. Of course in those days aeroplanes (2) didn’t exist and people (3) used to travel by train and ship. Phileas and Passepartout set out from London and they (4) travel through Egypt to India. But there they (5) discover that the railway isn’t finished, so they have to travel by elephant.
