Amelia — she watches TV for about seven hours a day on weekdays and sometimes a bit more at weekends.
Sam — he watches TV for about three hours in the evening.

2) The report is not correct.

It should be like this:

Amelia said that she spent about seven hours a day watching TV on weekdays and sometimes a bit more at weekends. She also said that she had been watching TV from 6 to 11 p. m. the night before.
Sam said that he enjoyed watching TV in the evening but only for about three hours. He also said that he was going to watch his favourite “Friends” on Channel 4 that day.
Andrew said that he only watched documentary films about nature. He also said that he had watched “Planet Earth” on BBC 1 the day before.

3) In reported speech:

present simple changes to past simple;
present continuous changes to past continuous;
present perfect / past simple often changes to past perfect;
