1) They recommend pupils to study regularly. They advise them to listen to songs in the new language. They suggest speaking English with friends as often as possible. They recommend watching television and films in the new language if possible. They advise doing different exercises and taking tests. They suggest taking language courses by computer. They recommend meeting classmates to do homework together. They advise making friends with a speaker of the language and exchanging letters or e-mails regularly. They suggest finding ways to make language learning fun.
Word building: fluently — бегло, свободно; practice (n) — тренировка; practice (v) — тренироваться, практиковаться.
2) I follow the tips to study regularly, listen to songs in English and speak English as often as possible. I think taking tests is useful, but learning by computer is not always necessary.
3) These tips can help me learn English more effectively because they give me more practice, improve my vocabulary and make my speaking more fluent. If I study regularly and use English in real situations, I will learn faster.
