My project is about healthy eating. I chose this topic because it is important for teenagers to stay healthy and active. In my opinion, a balanced diet helps us feel better, study well and have more energy.

I think we should eat more fruit, vegetables, dairy products and whole grains. We should also drink enough water and avoid too much fast food, sweets and fizzy drinks. Healthy food gives our body the vitamins and minerals it needs.

Why did I choose this project? I chose it because many teenagers do not eat properly. I wanted to find out how food affects our health and what habits are good for us.
