The aim of the survey was to show what is necessary for people in Russia to get job satisfaction.
The results show that most people think a job should be well-paid. This opinion was chosen by 80% of the respondents. The second most important factor is that a job should be interesting: 54% of people mentioned it. 33% of the respondents said that a job should be promising and give a chance for professional growth. Good working conditions are also important for 28% of people. Finally, only 20% of the respondents think that a job should be creative and require initiative.
In conclusion, money is the most important factor for job satisfaction in Russia, but many people also value interest in work and opportunities for career development.
