You should take a tent, a sleeping bag, warm clothes, a torch, a map, a compass, some food and water.
You must not take too many things, expensive gadgets or heavy bags.
You should wear comfortable clothes and strong shoes. If it is cold, take a jacket and a hat.
You must be careful with fire, never leave rubbish behind, not go away from the camp alone and not swim in dangerous places.
