3. Inventors are stimulated by people’s needs and by the desire to make life easier and more comfortable. Earlier in history, they were stimulated by practical problems, curiosity, and the wish to improve everyday life.
4. I think modern man is not completely lazy and spoiled. New machinery saves time and effort, but people still need to work, think, and make decisions.
