Mr Harrison wants his new secretary to be polite and careful. He would like her to answer the phone, take messages, type letters and keep the office tidy. He expects her to work hard and be punctual.

He doesn’t want her to be rude, lazy or careless. He wouldn’t like her to make mistakes, waste time or leave things untidy. He doesn’t expect her to argue with people or ignore his instructions.
