People need free time to relax, rest and do things they enjoy. It helps them forget about school or work for a while and feel better. My parents usually spend their free time in different ways. My mother likes reading, watching films and meeting her friends, while my father often works in the garden or watches sports on TV. As for me, I usually listen to music, chat with my friends and surf the Internet. Sometimes I play computer games or go for a walk. I also like reading books when I have enough time. I would like to spend less time on my phone and more time doing sports. I think it would make my free time more useful and healthy.
