Dear Daniel,

I’m writing to you from my grandmother’s house. She is ill, so my parents and I have come here to look after her.

How are your exams going? I hope they are not too difficult.

I’m really looking forward to the holiday. We are making all the preparations now: packing our things, buying some food and planning what to do there.

I have some news about our friend Tom. He has just started a new football club and says he enjoys it very much.
