It’s really great here. I have just come from a Burns night supper. They have been celebrating the work of this famous Scottish poet, Robert Burns, for over two centuries. They serve cock-a-leekie soup which is made with chicken and potatoes. Then, while serving the main dish, haggis, pipers play the bagpipes and the cook puts the haggis on the host’s table. They finish the night with some poetry.
