When trekking in the jungle, you may face many dangers: wild animals, insects, poisonous plants, getting lost, and bad weather. To protect yourself, you should wear suitable clothes and strong boots, use insect repellent, carry enough water, a map, a compass, and a first-aid kit, and stay on marked paths. It is also important to keep calm and not go alone.

I would like to do this activity because trekking in the jungle sounds exciting and adventurous, but only if I go with an experienced guide and have proper equipment. Otherwise, it can be too dangerous.
