Dear Mr Johnson,

I am writing to apply for the volunteer position at your summer camp for children with learning disabilities.

I am 15 years old and I speak English well. I have some experience working with children because I often help at my younger brother’s school events and look after my cousins. I am hardworking, patient and friendly, so I can get on well with children and help them feel comfortable.

I would be very happy to help organise activities at the camp. I enjoy working in a team and I am always ready to learn new things. I believe I would be a suitable volunteer because I am responsible and enthusiastic.
