I agree with this proverb because smart decisions often depend on common sense, not only on facts. For example, a student may know the rules of road safety, but still needs common sense to cross the street carefully. In everyday life, common sense helps us avoid mistakes and solve problems.

So, learning is important, but it becomes really useful only when we can apply it wisely.
